Unit G - Greenogue Logistics Park

A landmark 374,000 ft² Grade A warehouse and distribution facility, ideally positioned just 2 minutes from Junction 4 of the N7 motorway — offering unrivalled connectivity to Dublin, and the wider national road network.

Set on a generous 21-acre site, Unit G has been designed to meet the demands of modern logistics operations. Key specifications include a 14m clear internal height, FM2 Class floor finish, 36 dock levellers, and a dedicated service yard with 85 HGV parking spaces — providing the scale and flexibility required by today’s occupiers.

Sustainability is built into the fabric of the building. Targeting LEED Gold certification, the facility features LED lighting throughout, roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, solar-reflective energy-efficient glazing, rainwater harvesting, and air source heat pumps — significantly reducing operational carbon and occupier running costs.

Ireland South Logistics Park

Strategically positioned just off the M8 Dublin–Cork motorway at Mitchelstown, Ireland South Logistics Park offers occupiers unrivalled access to the south of Ireland’s key distribution markets — Cork, Limerick, and Waterford — and the wider Munster region, all within a short drive.

The park’s credentials are already well established. Aldi’s National Distribution Centre — a 650,000 ft² facility serving all 164 of their stores throughout Ireland — is anchored here, underscoring the park’s strategic importance as a national logistics hub.

Phase 1 will deliver three best-in-class logistics units ranging from 74,000 ft² to 130,000 ft², with Build-to-Suit opportunities also available for occupiers with specific requirements.

All units have been designed to achieve LEED Gold and NZEB standards, ensuring best-in-class sustainability credentials and reduced operational costs for occupiers.

Dublin Central

Sixty acres of fully zoned industrial land, with direct M50 and N2 road frontage and sitting inside the triangle of Dublin Airport, Dublin Port Tunnel, and the city — Dublin Central is one of the largest contiguous industrial development opportunities available in the Dublin region.

The master-plan, currently in planning, combines modern high-bay warehouse and distribution facilities with purpose-built Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), delivering two of the most under-supplied products in the Dublin industrial market onto a single, exceptionally well-connected site.

Construction is scheduled to commence in Q3 2026, with the first units expected to complete by the end of Q2 2027.
