Managing Partner IndVest
Prior to founding IndVest Partners, Mark served as Head of Irish Operations for EQT Real Estate (formerly EQT Exeter), a role he held for over a decade. During this time, he was a partner across 11 co-investment funds spanning the Industrial & Logistics and Multi-Family sectors, where he led the firm’s inaugural investments in Ireland and personally directed more than 50 projects with a combined gross value exceeding €535 million — overseeing every stage from acquisition and construction through to leasing, asset management, and disposal.
Mark holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School, of the University of Pennsylvania (2002), and has been a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 1994.

Con brings over 30 years of industrial development experience to IndVest Partners, during which he has delivered more than 6 million square feet of industrial space to occupiers across a broad range of sectors.
Actively involved at every stage of the development process, Con’s expertise spans site acquisition, planning, funding structures, construction delivery, and asset management — with a particular focus on identifying and realising value in large-scale investment opportunities.
In addition to overseeing the IndVest partnership developments, Con serves as Managing Director of the associated management companies and spent 11 years operating a regulated fund management business. He brings deep knowledge of both the commercial and regulatory landscape, with sustainability and responsible development at the core of everything he delivers.
Seán holds an honours degree in Actuarial Mathematics and spent five years in the Irish insurance industry before transitioning to real estate development – bringing an analytical, risk-aware mindset that informs every stage of the development process.
Having built extensive experience in property management at Greenogue Business Park, Seán oversees development delivery at IndVest, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across every project lifecycle. He coordinates a specialist professional team – spanning planners, engineers, and landscape architects – to deliver outcomes that maximise value for stakeholders.
Commercially grounded and operationally focused, Seán works closely with the wider team to ensure each facility is delivered on time, within budget, and tailored to meet the most demanding occupier requirements.
Tríona brings over 20 years of experience as a Financial Controller, having served in that capacity across the Con McCarthy group of companies. She oversees the full spectrum of day-to-day financial operations, encompassing cash flow management, statutory financial reporting, and financial forecasting — ensuring performance is closely monitored and any emerging issues are identified early.
In addition to her financial role, Tríona holds the position of Company Secretary for the affiliated property management companies, managing tax and regulatory compliance across the group.
